The role of the Retention Basin Committee is to help the Association maintain and improve the appearance, serviceability, and use of the retention basins throughout Primrose Estates. The retention basins were created for stormwater management by the developer and are connected with underground drain piping. The City of Westlake is responsible for maintaining the drain piping and the concrete flow control structures in each retention basin. The Association is responsible for shore erosion control, sediment control, and maintenance of the fences and enclosed land. Read more…

The role of the Landscaping Committee is to work towards increased property values in the community by making recommendations for improvement of landscaping in the common areas, and educating and encouraging homeowners in the neighborhood to keep their properties well maintained. Read more…

The role of the Social Committee is to foster a cohesive community by organizing fun, interesting events for the entire community so neighbors can meet and socialize with each other. In addition to community-wide events, the committee will also encourage smaller group activities to meet the needs of all our residents. Read more…
